1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Eligibility

3. Your Account

You may hold one account only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication from your Profile.

Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be subject to a monthly fee or closure, with notice provided in advance.

4. Deposits, Wagering and Withdrawals

Funds deposited may be used to place wagers on any eligible game. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, our anti-money-laundering checks and any wagering requirements attached to active bonuses.

• Withdrawal processing time: e-wallets within 24h, cards 2-3 business days, crypto within 6h

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms shown on the relevant promotion page. General rules apply:

• Wagering must be completed within the period specified before withdrawal
• Maximum bet per spin or hand while a bonus is active is €5
• Wagering contribution: slots 100%, table games and live casino 10%, jackpot slots excluded
• Bonus abuse, advantage play or use of strategies designed to neutralise bonus risk will result in forfeiture

6. Fair Play

All games use certified random number generators audited by independent test labs (GLI, eCOGRA). The published RTP is the long-term theoretical return; individual session results may vary significantly.

Use of automated software, bots, AI assistance or collusion is strictly prohibited and may result in confiscation of winnings and account closure.

7. Disputes and Complaints

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gbet Casino is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the value of bets placed in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
